Attorney Timothy P. Crawford’s Money-Back Guarantee
Medicaid, Asset Protection Planning
Few lawyers offer a money-back guarantee. We do, primarily to help assure our new clients that the Medicaid planning recommendations we provide will in fact work. As a practical matter, our clients do not want the fee back, they want the asset protection plans we design to be effective.
If we do not deliver the asset protection set forth in your written asset protection plan, you will get your money back.
You must follow the instructions of the plan, provide all documentation required by the County Assistance Office, and you must have paid your fee in full. The plan and guarantee are based on current law.
You must have also provided accurate information on which we based the plan. In many cases clients enjoy greater asset protection than the minimum protection guaranteed in the plan.
After all, our objective is to satisfy you with the quality of our legal services so that you will refer other families in similar situations to our firm.
Incidentally, we have never had to pay out on this guarantee since we consistently deliver what we promise. We rely on word-of-mouth referrals.
Crawford's "No Wait Guarantee" Our staff understands that your time is valuable. We will be ready for your appointment, and simply will not make you wait. That's basic courtesy and good business. If for some extraordinarily unusual reason there is a delay in seeing Mr. Crawford for a scheduled appointment, we will make it up to you.
Our Promise of Service with Integrity Your case will be handled with thoroughness, skill, efficiency, and caring. Your calls will be returned promptly. Legal fees will always be reasonable and disclosed up-front, in writing. We solve problems, save money, and provide peace-of-mind for our clients.
