Being an executor for my moms estate, I learned a good lesson on what not to do with my assets and estate planning. Unfortunately the lawyer I hired at the time was not only clueless, he was a crook who ended up in jail.

His knowledge in Power of Attorney and Living trusts was superior to any previous attorneys we have used. Answered all our questions in a manner we could understand. While we may not remember all the details, we know everything is there in black and white to be executed in the best possible senario for our needs. We highly recommend him.

Tim's knowledge and expertise in asset protection proved to be a very valuable experience for us. He spent time patiently explaining the process to us. He was personable and very thorough with his explaination. His sincerity to help us was very obvious and much appreciated. Tim Crawford provided advice and documentation for my Dad on "Right to Change your Mind" Agreement to protect assets for their home as well as other documentation to protect assets as my mother entered the nursing home. All legal proceededings occurred exactly as Atty. Crawford indicated. Our family was very thankful to have such excellent legal advice and documentation.
